Apple Business Connect gains Business Caller ID to help fight spam calls

Apple announced additional features for its Business Connect program, giving businesses more control over how they appear to customers across the Apple ecosystem. The big new addition is Business Caller ID which will be live from next year and allow businesses to display their name, logo, and department when contacting customers. This will help users distinguish genuine calls and emails from spam.

The new addition will also appear consistently on Apple Maps, Wallet, and Mail for businesses and service providers of all sizes, regardless of whether they are online-only or have a physical retail presence. Business Connect will also allow enterprises to customize their logo in Tap to Pay on iPhone, which will appear to customers when making a purchase.

Apple Business Connect is free and open to all businesses (online and physical). It requires a sign-in via Apple Account and comes with device management, 24/7 support, and cloud storage for all the Apple devices associated with a business.
