Michail, 17 October 2024

Apple announced additional features for its Business Connect program, giving businesses more control over how they appear to customers across the Apple ecosystem. The big new addition is Business Caller ID which will be live from next year and allow businesses to display their name, logo, and department when contacting customers. This will help users distinguish genuine calls and emails from spam.

Business Connect will also allow enterprises to customize their logo in Tap to Pay on iPhone, which will appear to customers when making a purchase.
