stationss, 25 Feb 2025Should i buy this iPad or the 9th generation?I had the ipad 9 gen since late 2022, it is a great tablet for the price, speakers are great , battery life last long, large display is good for video watching and gaming and reading or studying. Currently on ipados 18 , I had noticed that after ipados 18.1 my ipad sometimes have light lag for a feel second and it's fine , but overall if this tablet is on sale get this , or recommended to get the latest ipad since it's mainly the same price to the 9 gen

Lagging in bgmi and pubg both (lagging while playing but showing good fps in recording) , maybe ios 18.2 glitch

Amazing tablet, if you're thinking to get it for anything but heavy gaming go for it! This can also reverse usb-c charge

Well since purchasing this device as an upgrade from the ancient iPad 2, i definitely see a difference in performance. Apps opening smoothly, games run smoothly. There maybe a bit of lagging but it doesn't bother me that much. Battery life is about the same as my last iPad but at least i get to charge the battery faster with this device. Love the sound produce by its speakers and the camera is ok but not the best. All in all, still a better device compared to my last one.

Nothing much to complain. Battery life absolutely amazing. I do compare with smsung tab s9 fe. Theres some lags compare to this ipad. awesome…

Upgrading my 10.5 ipad pro 2017 and pretty good for me.. good battery life also can reach max 3 to 4 days by so far. Anyway, still got pros n cons also.
Pros,
Good battery life
Good display.
Eventho run 60hz still smooth like butter.
No laminated screen compare to previous ipad pro version with promotion 120hz but this 10th gen ipad killed it tho.
Similiar looks same like ipad air 4 with no laminated screen.
Pretty light when carrying compare to other ipad that quite heavy.
Even used a14 chip same as iphone 12 series but seriusly it way smooooooooth. Trust me.
Cons,
Stereo speaker but sounds a bit slow compared to ipad pro 10.5 year 2017.
No pro-motion display.

What I like in pad 6
-lcd with great colour accuracy
-144 dont care that much its great to have
-new Xiaomi pen
- 4 speakers and usb c-3.
What I dont liked
Sd 870
Android experience ou miui
Tablet dont come with the pen
Prefere pay more and get all in the box

Anonymous, 23 Aug 2024Beh, go for xiaomi pad 6 super worth itMeh, i don't disagree but let's include digital drawing, u gonna have to spent more money to get specific stylus/pen(Xiaomi's Smart Pen 2nd gen) for xiaomi pad 6, while this ipad can do with any apple stylus/pen that comes or given with it... That's one of the MAJOR advantage of ipad over android tab/pad'?' in digital drawing since long ago. Altho the only nerf there is, is that ipad has less color accuracy than android caused by color encoder'?' unable to translate the color accurately once you move/transfer/upload it from ur ipad to another device.

It's not that I have it hence slight less informations, but few of my friends does own either one of them, & yes taking notes, drawing on xiaomi pad 6 need its own smart pen,(Smart Pen 2nd Gen) a little bit of regret cuz' a friend of mine did not know it will be a hassle & just bought random stylus & keyboard for it.. & the ones that has an ipad still rocking their art with their 1st gen apple pen while the complain was simply not enough storage.

If u arent an artist however, any other android tab on the same price is just a good choice for class notes, video editing & games over ipad... an artist however will still find the ipad as the top choice for many years to come, as it is just easier & better to work with🤷

I have this exact iPad, I’m writing this comment on it right now, if you’re looking to buy it starting at $350 I 100% recommend it, it’s nice size, it runs smooth, good battery life, nice screen, basically everything you expect from an iPad ina $350 package
