I got this iPad this July and I just set it up today. It runs iOS 9.3.5 and it's camera is not that good... 0.7 megapixels in 2011?! That is as bad as a potato camera... However, it does record time lapses, in which I haven't tried yet. The front facing camera is VGA, and it sucks too... Just to let you know, VGA means 640 by 480 pixels resolution. My iPad 2 has 16 gigabytes of storage, which is average for 2011. My iPad 2 used to be my late grandfather's iPad.

I still have the iPad 2 since April 2011. 16 gigabytes is surely not enough but it can go up to 64 gigabytes. Mine has 13,69 gigabytes and it runs iOS 7.0.4 (2013).

i still have this!! even tho it isn't supported, you can still access qebsites made before 2015 :)

Best tablet ever made. My childhood tablet that played minecraft,roblox and angry birds. Playing subway surfers and the spiderman game was the best. Thank you for the memories ipad 2. I remember it falling onto my face while on bed lol..

this was the best childhood tablet i had ever i have so many memories of this but now its broken, the port is bent and the screen is lifting. i wish i could have this back even if its no longer supported

First, you have to install it on a new device with an iOS version that is supported by the current version of the application in the appstore.
Then in the appstore on the ipad you go to the "purchased" tab and you can download the application......a window pops up with the message "it is not supported, and do you want to download the last supported one?"

Can anyone tell how to downgrade this to ios6 Or is there any need to do so...
I'm currently running its latest ios9 and its little slow but manageable. Apps never crash, it's just slow

Damn right!!!
It's battery is super crazy and still lasts me for a day even after watching a full movie on it....
Funny thing is that it's still there from 2012
