sorry, can this ipad 3 be used outside the US since most of the ipads have been customized with only at&t and verizon network , please suggestion is needed as soon as possible

It's thicker and heavier. Most people are expecting to have a quad-core A6 processor. I think it's not a big upgrade against iPad 2. Well, may be we will see a quad-core next year with different body design and perhaps thinner and lighter. I wish Apple will release a smaller version of their iPad like 7.7" or 8.9" because I don't like Samsung tablets.

Just the 4 above are enough to see that the new iPad is a phenomenal upgrade to the current one. Those with iPad 2 may not need to upgrade, but for everybody else, this is a great device to get.
