Got the Wifi 256 Gb version from Apple Store with 2nd Gen pencil.
Both battery stand by time and screen time is much better than my expectations
Was worried if I have to go for pro model considering the refresh rate, but no regrets 60 hz is much good, my work mostly into note taking, mails, designing, reading, netflix.. so i am satisfied with the product. I am surprised to see that Wifi version can also be used for phone calling provided the ipad and the iphone is connected and I am using this feature as well.
Apple pencil 2nd Gen charges faster as well, so no complaints about the same (charges in few minutes to 100%)
Some of the commenters said about build quality, camera quality, screen quality, but so far i have not seen any such issues...
are there any one who is experiencing similar like me..?

Some have “issues.”
Read between the lines. You buy a thin and light tablet, then complain it's not sturdy.
What's up with that? It's not a recall issue. So how to solve the “problem”?
0. Should have checked out in-store. Was it possible?
1. Return it
2. Sell it.
3. Get AppleCare
4. Get a sturdy but light case (or a heavy-duty case).
5. What’s the next complaint.
PS Both my adult sons own iPad Air 5s. So far, no complaints from either. Go figure!

I just bought it and so far about build quality issue is good and sturdy.
I choose grey color option.
