iPad mini +wifi + cellular has lightning/charge port only. No onboard USB-standard port. get a lightning to USB adapter.

I bougth Ipad mini 64GB + 4G cellular to my daughter but unfortunately she could not used as a cellular phone, she cannot call and i could could not contact her. Even the green telephone logo(apps)is not there. Is there anyone can help me to resolve this issue..

steve, 23 Sep 2013sir,can i make and answer a calls in ipad mini wifi+celluar.....@Steve yes you can make calls on iPad mini with cellular either through FaceTime, Skype or we in the UK have an app called VIBER. I have used Skype and Viber to make calls and no problem
