It allows me to use a program call Rogers one number. This program , once installed, allow me to use voice call using the same number as my cell phone via any PC, tablet, iPad, etc with internet or data connection. Therefore the cellular function is important as it allows the tablet or iPad to make voice call using the internet everywhere, even without the voice calling features built in. That is the main different.

I mean except for it's physical aspects.. Why do iphones cost more expensive than ipad mini+cellular if they have the same uses? As what I've said the sim card used in ipads+cellular are used for internet and gps purposes only, especially if there is no wifi access. Do even own an Ipad?

Ipad cant make calls..?No WORRY..Use WeChat..!good for ipad owners..more features than whatsapp..trust me..if you done jailbreak install fullforce from cydia..

I am playing Candy crus & it always hangs up!!! thus not reset by power reboot. I need to wait to drained all the battery until it restart! disappointing product!

Personally they need spanking.. because watsapp works fine on ipad mini JB.
