But if I had to recommend, if you're looking for an iphone then 15 and 15 plus are way better options, you're getting a better processor, a better camera, and also type-c port in it. 15 plus has an insane battery life. If you are looking for an android ? OnePlus 12 is a great option. You can also wait for the Galaxy S24 series. Hope this helps :)

i'm planning to upgrade my iphone 11 pro this month. i'm contemplating between iphone 13 pro or iphone 13 pro max.

I really agree that the iPhone 13 Pro Max is the best device made by Apple in my opinion, but after upgrading to the iOS 17 that perception changed because the device overheated and the battery health decreased significantly. Even up to iOS 17.1.2, Apple hasn't to fix it yet.

I hate a lot of Apple products cuz of their fanboys always overrate them (just imagine saying that the S23 Ultra is worse than the iPhone 13 Pro Max lol) but I have to say that the iPhone 13 Pro Max is the best Pro Max Apple has ever made and I would pick it any day over the 14 or 15 Pro Max if I have to choose an Apple product

An amazing mobile phone experience.
What I like the most about Apple is they have longer shelf life so you don't have to buy the latest model (and quite frankly very expensive for my country folk).
You can buy a model that debuted 1, 2 or even 3 years ago and it will still be able to get OS upgrades for several years after the date of purchase!
My iPhone 6S got its last OS upgrade last year. My Android phones from the same era are basically bricked as the old OS stopped working long ago and they can't install recent versions of apps like Chrome. The 6S runs Safari and modern versions of Chrome no problem!
Tbe A13 Pro Max is every but a modern phone unlike Androids from the same era that aren't usable. Most Middle range ones are actually already axed. Android phones are like disposable phones built to last only a year or two at most.

Yes the 13 pro max is good/better than the s22 ultra in battery life and performance, but don't compare it to a 2023 device just because it's an iPhone, lol

The battery surprisingly holds well upto this day. My mom's phone is at 87% battery health and it still lasts a whole day.
I heard Apple uses lower quality battery in the 14 series which causes it to degrade more faster. Don't know about the 15 series
