Personally, I always check (and compare) GSMArena and Notebookcheck for their battery test result as they're consistent for multiple scenarios. From what I observe, the Plus battery life is better for casual users with static screen refresh rate usage, while the Pro Max has a better battery life for dynamic screen refresh rate usage.

I used to think the same like you until i made the jump to 120 hz and now 60 hz looks unbearably slow

I have an iPad Air and 14 Plus. Their interface animations were extremely smooth, in fact much smoother, otherwise about the same smoothness as a 90hz android. Just try for yourself and you'll know.

The only neat iPhones this year are the non-Pros. There are weekly new Bugs and Errors appearing with the Pros.
They even rumour that the new Update clocks down the CPU so it doesn't overheat.

If it had 90Hz i'd never buy a Pro Model again. I'm in a kind of love-hate relationship with the Plus.
I'd love to buy it but I don't know if I could rock a 60Hz Screen after 14PM.

I received my phone on 2nd October. It worked fine on 2nd and 3rd. But from 4th October, during FaceTime call my voice become inaudible to the person I am talking with when I switch to back camera. It worked fine with Front camera but with back camera my voice is not heard by the person on line with me. In whatsapp video calls, sometimes I become inaudible. At first I though it was network issue but after a while seeing others not facing the same problem with the same phone and my already trouble with facetime made me realize its my phone's problem. I am not sure if its an user specific problem for me or some others faced the same issue. I asked for a refund will ship the phone tomorrow.

I... moreNo it not the same phone, differences I’ve noticed, x70 modem is a lot better In the iPhone 15 plus example my room is a dead spot for connectivity, but with the iPhone 15 plus x70 modem I get connection in my room now, cameras is a big upgrade for me, speakers are better, usb is a life saver as I can just transfer stuff to usb without a computer, screen is a lot brighter outdoors,battery is world class and couple of hours extra on the iPhone 15 plus, so there’s a lot of reasons to upgrade imo

There is no way in hell that the loudspeaker is -27.7 LUFS (Good), I previously had iPhone 14 plus, these sound a lot better, they are comparable to the iPhone 15 pro max loudspeakers, and the battery on the iPhone plus is a lot better than the the iPhone 15 pro max and that is a fact and yet iPhone 15 plus scores lower than the iPhone 15 pro max, starting to lose faith in gsmarenas testing methods.

150$ phone manufactures are giving 2 os upgrade support and 3 years security update support. For 150$ this is much enough , but for iphone price is it worth for their support ?.
Even apple mac air laptops are comes without cooling fan , why is it big cost for apple ?.
