You know, it's generally Android phone vs Apple phone rage; but i personally want the best of both worlds. This 15 Pro series model is the best for me as it's pretty new and i take two main things into consideration, size (to be compact) and weight (to be light). This is just perfect! smaller than 15proMax and 16 models and more powerful than the anything coming before it including the regular 15 model.

I prefer this over the 16 Pro any day. The camera control button is useless, as there is a lock-screen shortcut that DIRECTLY takes you to camera; there is also a control-center button, favorite app bar; these are easy shortcuts! They also removed my favorite colour (Blue Titanium) and replaced it with gray, black, white, and beige.

From what I have read there are no more heating or battery issues with the 15 pro.

I am thinking about upgrading from iphone 13 to 15 pro or 16 pro. Is the 16 pro worth the extra $200? I have been reading people complaining about the 15 pro battery and that it gets hot a lot when using the phone, that’s one of the reasons why i am not sure whether to get the 15 pro.

So weird that when I turn on its Private Hotspot, its wifi and bluetooth have to be turned on too!? so f*cking annoying..!!

I have been using my 15 Pro since launch and I love it. I am happy I did upgrade from the 11 Pro to the 15 Pro, because now the 16 Pro got bigger... again. I do not mind not having the shutter button from the 16 Pro, because I am using the Action button of the 15 Pro to launch the camera. I am very satisfied with the 15 Pro.

ALI, 04 Nov 2024people using 15 pro from a long time, can you tell me how&#... moreto be honest, im not very impressed because after 9 months of using, my battery life is 91 with 334 cycles and sometimes just with mobile data on and using some apps(3 hours screen on), from 9am to 6pm i need to recharge my phone. the camera its not that great…coming from 12 pro and regreting sometimes because the photos taken of the sheets are blurry even thought i have the maximum settings set (4k60fps,1080p240fps,4k30fps).
not gonna lie, the change is big, from 60hz (12 pro) to 120(15 pro), but i think thats why my battery go down this fast. well, we can add as well the a17pro processor, but idk.

the the only issue i had when i got the phone plus forcing me to update to iOS 18, at first i thought i got scammed and the phone is broken,after two hours got tired of waiting&had to reboot the phone twice before everything went fine:)

couldn't get the 16 pro(desert) so i got the 15 pro on October 1st & i couldn't be more happy,apart from the camera button i don't think i will miss that much tbh,
and like i said in other post i'm not a phone gamer or that much using cam,just a normal usage,
the battery life amazed me honestly,sometimes it go two full days before i need to recharge the phone,(big thanks to Payette Forward's setting vid on YouTube),from the 12 mini to 15 pro was a huge huge upgrade for me&i think i will stick with forever

But the saddening thing is the battery health dropped to 99% after just 60 or 63 battery cycle count. This is not a big factor, but this is my personal opinion. Anyways, I updated the phone to 18.1 and the battery life compared to iOS 17.3 is not better. With iOS 17.3, I could usually last up to 2 days. But with 18.1, it kind of lasts up to 1.8 days.
