Anyone know how there are Iphone China models with the AXXXX part number (like A2849 for U.S etc) from other regions? These are being sold. The M model number is a China model but the AXXXX part number is from another region (US/Europe etc)

Looking at the camera images they look so drab colour wise. Seeing images also on a larger computer screen on GMS Arena there is horrible over sharpening. My Pixel 8 Pro is million times better.

i am looking for a phone basically for pro videography. on everywhere people are commenting s23 ultra under iphone vides. i am kind of impressed with the log video and new action mode. but is s23 ultra a better choice than iPhone 15 pm?

Darth Caesium, 05 Nov 2023The only reasons why I dislike the iPhone 15 Pro Max apart ... moreFair points, it is not in anyway a perfect device, the lens flare is something that annoys me to on iPhones though the 15 PM has reduced it it’s still not quite gone.
Overall it has been a great device for a power user like me who is constantly on their phone for the most part, the A17 Pro has been amazing for when I do video edits along with image retouching even on Google Photos.
I am always blown away at how fast and efficiently Apple devices deal with high res high refresh rate visuals, I can load a huge 4K video, edit it on to what I want on the phone and it’s exported in no time.
I also do a lot of social media posting for my workplace when at events or when we host seminars and exhibitions or when we are on site shooting a commercial I will do some BTS, its truly phenomenal at handling this stuff for me.

The android users come here to try and justify t... moreThe only reasons why I dislike the iPhone 15 Pro Max apart from iOS itself is that:
1) It doesn't use a Quad Bayer sensor for the telephoto and
ultrawide cameras.
2) The telephoto is tiny (1/3.06"-type vs. my Google Pixel 7
Pro's 1/2.55"-type).
3) The selfie camera is tiny (1/3.6"-type even though it could
easily support a 1/2.8"-type sensor).
4) The lens flare on the cameras is ridiculous even compared to other phones.
5) The camera software produces photos that are way too
yellow (this one applies to all iPhones tbh).
All of my issues here are about the cameras, and tbh most people probably don't care about it as much as I do. It's the perfect flagship device for people in the kind of way the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra or the Google Pixel 8 Pro are.

Actually, I would like to see a 5x zoom comparison between the 4-year-old Huawei P30 Pro with the iPhone 15 pro max because both have a 5x optical zoom lens
although I know iPhone 15 pro max will definitely gain its edge.

The day I begin seeing a lack of android users in iPhone topics/articles is when I will know that an android worth purchasing is finally out.

After a week of using this beast (and keeping it updated), the overheating issue is gone. I think it's usual to a brand new iPhone? This phone is awesome, and the camera upgrade is fantastic!
p.s.: I prefer steel frame though. The titanium build in 15 pro max is soft -- you have to have a solid case to protect it.

Zero good experiences so far, dying right after warranty ends or having to be RMAd. Just too much inconveniences. If I go back to Android, it will never be a Samsung phone.
And iPhones hold their value so much better than any Android phone that it's already worth it.
