I am having an apple I phone 4 CDMA us network Verizon. No sim slot present. I am from Tamilnadu India. Want to use mts network. Any chance for that phone to be used here in India?

Hi, I have CDMA Apple Iphone 4, which was sent from USA and now when I dial *228 then I get to hear the Reliance Service is available and when I contacted em, they said that I would need to talk to Apple executive, which I did and then they said we would need to talk to Verizon in US, which we did, but to me it looks like they are not willing to let the network go, may be they dont want to loose the customer of their and not willing to unlock it global. Now it seems like I am able to use only to play games and listen to music. Need help how to get the service in India. Any service would do. Pls Help!!!.

ive use this phone for last 3 years and everything is ok. use cdma network in indonesia and all works fine.
upgraded to ios 7.1.2 last week and its still fine :)
love the iOS 7 UI :)

Sign out of your previous Apple id, u should be able to create a new one, if u cannot then ask the Apple Store.

Hi folks,CDMA Iphone will never work with any network if the iphone was supported in a disignated area,and you cannot transfer the sim whch was merriage already to a spicific iphone.GSM iphone, if the device is unlock,you can use any network but there are some features that will be diabled if you will be using the spicific iphone to a different state.Thanks.
