If face id is not working properly then do one thing. Again setup a face id but this time in a well lit place and only while you are not using turban. see if it works.

It’s not that it’s not working but the ratio of it working perfectly is 60-70%. Sometimes it recognises, the other it doesn’t even if u hold the phone in same circumstance ( light distance etc). And Touch ID was much faster. Apple should have given both in this model, and then gradually faze Touch ID out.
Still it’s new may it’s doing the Machine Learning thing (haha) what apple is saying. It may improve over the period of time.

after using this iphone x for 3 days I can say that it is the best phone i ever use.
-so fast
-no heat
-battery is good
-very easy to hold and put in my pocket
-best camera
-screen is the best
-speaker is so good
-very easy to use with new commands
-face id works so good
some problems i found too
-video and game can not view in full screen
-the notch sometimes makes me feel bad
but it is ok i really love this phone and plan to buy one more soon.

Without FT, gone one ready, now want to activate FT, detailed ways to shift to country which has FT, change sim and activate, prompt to install carriers settings, FT icon wud appear, has anybody done it successfully.

Guys would like to no difference in price of With or without FaceTime, in Dubai its was available without FT, for 4700 AED. Any take on different from talking directly to iPhone to iPhone only. But what is price difference please.

An update guys, so full screen you tube video issue has gone, as there was the app update, after that we have pinch to fit option in for you tube videos. Still many features to look into which seems are not perfect ( FACE ID). I am a SIKH ( a community from India ). We do wear head gear ( turban). Since we do change the type of grade gear over the period of day. Face ID is not working half of the time. I know Apple engineers may not have thought from our point of view. But during the keynotes they did say that even with different types of head gear the FACE ID will work.
Felt one major issue. Of Face ID UNLOCK while driving, It does not work 90% of time.

I have become a fan from iPhone 6S Plus onwards and on 14th got the iPhone X.
In one word, its an experience. The mother of all phones, really. Its insanely fast and smooth. Multitasking and flips over tasks or apps very good.
Battery is absolutely insane, so far. iPhone 6Splus required recharging in the afternoon on a normal (HSI+ Voice+Videos) usage. however iPhone X, in spite of increased usage of the same combinations of apps Voice etc, require no recharging and my office Charger is silently resting in my Cupboard since 14th Nov. At the end of the day, the charge shows 20-30%, which is a first.
Only problem is that, the cases available, will help you to lose its main attraction, the finish and ends up looks carrying a One Plus 2 or 3 look. But no choice.

When you entered the Apple shop there might have been some quality that made you buy X. 1500 USD is definitely a huge amount that people elsewhere don’t have to pay for the same model. iPhone X is really a fantastic phone. You would love it the more you use. I am using 7 Plus and i still prefer Touch ID.

You could have purchased 64GB Model.... moreMissed out earlier it was FULL SCREEN YouTube videos which I was taking about, Notch is not that much of a bother as of now, as have not used the phone that much in landscape mode, in portrait mode in app notch is not that much of a issue. But May be after some days if I use the for lot of videos and use it a lot in landscape then it may not like it. The problem here in India is there is no return policy other wise I would have returned it and bought 8 plus
8 plus much better as it is cheaper I get a bigger screen ( actual usage wise) and also landscape mode in that.
Where as iPhone X is nothing but an expensive (show off ) phone.
