Yeah and look at their tax avoidance practices. We would all be richer if we could each determine how much tax we paid and use dodgy practices to avoid tax.

Or perhaps it's just that Apple wanted to compete with the bezel-less designs on the market BUT the technology is not ready to incorporate a face scanner inside such a small bezel......... on top of that they also have the pressure of launching a 'special' phone on 10th anniversary.
Basically they had to compromise, ..and the result ...'The Notch'

The reason why Apple is so successful is because when they do something, they do it the right way! Thats what people don't get. Android phones may be way ahead with features, but they aren't perfect, at all. When Apple comes out with something new, they do it right. Money talks. Look at their third quarter results. Look at the number of iPhones bought compared to Samsung. iPhones hold their value, Android phones don't. Why do you think they keep going on sale constantly, and lowering the price? They just want the stats. They're desperate.

Seen it all before, posts that they are thinking of buying a new phone in "a few months" and ask all the same questions time and time again....then in few months time...rinse and repeat ........ seen it all before from noname. Watch this space!!

We have some fanboys over here!What are even talking avout?Some of comparing Iphone X to cheap laggy Android phones some are crying about notch and Face Id.Dumb.Face id isnt dumb as u saying!It only works when u awake and ur eyes on iphone then it opens.And u guys complanning about the notch?In my opinion its a great job from Apple!Cuz if there was no notch it would looks like an Android smartphone!Also this notch is suitable fir some reasons.Dont compare or complain about the thing u dont afford or didnt own.

ashiq, 08 Nov 2017Face scanning does not works if eyes are closed.The default setting is this but you can hange the setting if required so that you don’t have to have it scan your eyes too.
This is obviously less secure though.
