I like the X and still have it on pre-order. But planning to cancel it. Neither color options wowed me when I saw them. My SE looks better than both. They are smudge galore. It's not worth the price when it's not the best at anything.

Features - Note8
Design - Note8

Where is the iPhone X the best at? The 8 Plus is $200 cheaper and same SoC, RAM, nearly same camera, and longer battery. It has Face ID and Animoji over 8 Plus. That's it. Only thing iPhone X is the best in is being Xpensive.

        They never catch up, the CPU is less efficient than the competition, camera isn't (quite) as good and the memory still isn't expandable.
        I've said it before and I'll say it again, iPhones are like Rolex watches, you pay a lot more and get a lot less every time

                        iPhone X has no design language, it's just a screen and the bezels are hardly noticeable. This question confuse me, how is the term "bezel-less" a design? it's just an all-screen display with no design.

                              And Apple does not make batteries.

                              In my opinion, technology is there.. first they are just going to milk the customers by selling phone with "old tech" first.. Then they upgrade them little by little.
