Even in the PC world for high end gaming you don't need more than 4 cores. Heck most games still don't even utilise 8. The same applies to phones. Right now 8 is totally overkill for 99.9% of applications.

The pros of Iphone X if you check the CPU the first hexa core smartphone. The other companies like Samsung, Sony and etc... still producing Octa Core smartphones.

I will agree on idea that full screen is a full screen, no face id gimmick, it looks annoying while you play games. Quite bad design and bad display of iPhone X. I hope Apple will respond it and makes their design more decent for the next iPhone or they will left behind by Android. Apple should put more effort and do better than Sharp Aquos, Samsung Galaxy 8 or even Xiaomi Mi Mix. $1,000 is a huge money for poor people, Tim Cook said, "It's valuable" valuable for who?
