I have given you the ACTUAL ppi, calculated exactly and given you also ACCURATE percentage differences in terms of sharpness. Anything above 15% is easy to differentiate. I am sorry you do not like those facts, but there is no need to insult me and call me a troll when I am the only one who is saying the elephant in the room here, which is that Apple is giving you a less sharp display with the same effective size as the iPhone 8 plus and asking you 300 USD more.

If Apple had made their premium phone premium with a truly bigger and sharper display, we wouldn't be having this conversation! Instead they are faking the large size and also faking the increased sharpness AND lying to consumers by advertising the iPhone X as having a larger, sharper display!
Maybe instead of calling me a troll, look at what Apple are doing - maybe they are the money-grabbing troll there?

It's funny how iSheep laughs at the weird location of S8's fingerprint scanner. Yet their very own iPhone X doesn't have a fingerprint scanner! Keeps bragging about Face ID but not yet proven by the general public! Yes it is innovative than android's face scanner. But we'll only know it's real performance once it's out!
Better have a ridiculously located fingerprint scanner than no fingerprint scanner at all! Why remove the most secure, most proven, and most tested fingerprint scanning technology? If I own an iPhone X, I would never use Face ID! I'm fine with PIN!

You are still looking at a Samsung display, which is the most expensive hardware part of this phone. Theoretically Samsung get more profit by selling displays to Apple. And most hilarious part is Apple buying best oled displays from a company which had been sued by apple for infringing their patent.

I wonder if Apple are a bit late in terms of the less bezel design. LG, Samsung, Google really seem to have got there a lot earlier. Will be interesting to see.

Me I choose LG V30 this LG masterpiece. IPhone x looks nice but not enough innovatin for me even not finger print scanner. Also not fast charging inside of the box. Separate buying this is rip off. For so much money not worth. I think this is crap phone. It is for people who want status, but I admit ios system it is very easy to use i had iPhone 5s. It is easy OS to use.
