I have been using samsung phones for years. I got the S8 last year August and just last month my S8 went off and never switched back on. I have sent it to different repair shops but no progress. I need a phone that will take me about 3 years. So please is the X capable in terms of battery and all??

been using my wife's retired iX from 2017, just had to change a new battery. It works like a new phone, no complaints :) (except when sometimes i try to unlock the screen i can't enter certain digits, don't know if it's software failure, cause when i face iD to unlock i have no problem with the entire touch screen)

(I don't want iPhone XR because I don't like screens more than 6 ")

my birthday is coming up on may 27th
i have very small hands
so im thinking should i buy an brand new 256gb iphone x from ebay for £519 or buy
the new 2020 se from john lewis with 2 years guarantee for £569
i'm so confused, don't know what to do

If you want to do get the best performance you can with your current phone, try researching custom roms and see what options there are, since they are usually better performing for older phones.

I had an andorid mobile i mean mid range lenovo zuk z2 with snapdragon 820 and my friend had iphone x. My mble is now slow laggy and i have to factory reset after every 3 months later but his iphone runs smoothly.Iphones touch is still fresh as it has high end display but my display got crapy. I have to update a new mobile now and it will be xiaomi note 8 pro but my friend dont have to change its phone as it runs smoothly and most of all it still retains its market value.. Overall he is in profit as he is using a highend mobile with better specifications and software update of upto 5 years
