Started using I phone X for 5 days in Dubai experienced that the face identification security is malfunctioning as after I locked it my Brother can open it by showing his face ,
Hope Apple will take care of my concern, the privacy was my concern while selecting this phone.

And btw, the phone is not big, it is just as small as an iPhone 6 / 6s / 7 / 8, but it's got a much bigger screen. And if you don't have the space a Note 9 takes up, you obviously aren't able to fit a 4000 mAh battery in it. It is comparable to an S9, it is even smaller than a S9, yet it only got a few mAh less than that while also being much thinner

QUESTION :
Why on iPhone X and also on iPhone 8plud and 7pus and all the way back to 6plus
When you scroll through the phone Menues quick , you have to tap on some memes 2 times before the menu or folder opens ?
What did apple do wrong in this matter?
Did it design a bad touch screen or is it IOS imperfection ?

One of the reasons why Apple messed up the iPhone X is the wireless charger. It quits. Suddenly, no more charger. It was never an Apple product to begin with. I fell for it. Quitting the upgrade program in a heartbeat.

With all these huge specs and massive screen, Apple only gave less than 3000MAh battery but nobody will complain. Let Huawei, Samsung, Tecno or any other brand give this kind of battery with same specs and people will be shouting as if they are being chased by a lion. IPhone slaves!

It is an isolated case, not everyone has the same problems with yours. Mine is working perfectly fine. No issues with the touch screen or whatsoever. Don't really care if it has been discontinued so long as we do get the system update for years to come as apple is excellent to committing service after sales. It's better that they cut the iphone X for bargained iphones this year. That's rather painful to see after years seeing the phone in the market with much cheaper price.

Not surprised that the iPhone X got discontinued. This phone has so many defects and got me so disappointed with Apple. First of all, the touch screen sometimes does not react, and sometimes it over-reacts by moving everywhere by itself. And this is getting so frequent now. What is worse is the poor customer service. Several days after I purchased the phone in US, I noted the motion abnormility of the touch screen, but the customer service at the US store ran a check and said they could not find any problems. As I am staying in China for a year now, I tried to get it fixed by the China Apple's customer service, but was informed that they are not capable to fix it in China, and they would have to mail the phone to US for check, which will take at least one month. I have been an iPhone users for years (starting from iPhone 4, 5, 5s, 6s) and now I am so disappointed by this new phone's terrible quality and the incapable of Apple's customer service. In reality, they do not have any quality guarantee now. Would have to switch to other brands going forward. Miss the Steve Job`s days when Apple was so serious with their quality. Unfortunately those days are gone, and I don't know whether customers shall put any trust on these new iPhone models being introduced.
