One of the main reasons is the 3 GB of RAM which limit RAM Management. The A11 Bionic Chip has to close background apps to power the current process. The 2018 iPhone with the A12 Processor is slated to upgrade it's RAM to 4 GB which it needs to keep up.

As far as I know and from few friends, once your phone goes in water your warranty is void in most company case and probably true for Apple as well.
I dont know from which country you belong, but here in India iPhone X costs nearly 1250$ and S9 costs 700$ so its easy to choose, S9 gives best value for your money.

I am using iphone x from last 5 months. But from last month i cant recive calls. Network is always full. If someone calls me it shows my mob is switch off or out of coverage area. What is the problem somone plz tell me.

Whats the problemIf you facing the issue the phone restart frequently, it means your phone memory is full and there is application that still in progress to be downloaded. You have to check the phone memory and cancel all app that still in progress to be download in Google Play or Apple Store. This action will help you regarding the said issue. Thank you

I’m an iPhone x user and I think iphone x will be a great phone if they add microsd and fix the battery. Because with microsd, we can easily transfer our files to PC without using a data cable or something. I have to say that Iphone x made with excellent build quality and the touchscreen is very fast and sensitive. It’s great but for me it’s overprice and the feature is standard, not like an expensive phone should be. This phone will be much better if they add more features like upgrade the RAM to 5GB or anything else. I think apple have to notice that their phones are less features with an expensive price. It’s the only thing that apple have to fix i think. The rest, it’s quite good. If i can rate this phone, i will rate 8 out of 10.

Before the Samsung S9 and plus came out I had the S8+.
Display beautiful, battery great and camera amazing phone just amazing. Until it rained and software update- phone would not charge after port was wet for three weeks and Bluetooth would not connect to my car. Took it to a Samsung official store- “sorry sir we don’t warranty cover water ingress and go back to previous versions of software or wait for the new update. I waited 6 months and no update. In summary useless and didn’t care.
Sold it and got the iPhone X. Apple Genius Bar, incredible. All updates work with and support all my devices. Screen, battery, camera and support on the iPhone X amazing. Expensive, yes! But you get the afterservice and an amazing phone. Samsung flagships are still very expensive- have an issue and they really do not care. Hardware is good however software updates are slow and extremely buggy. Many people complain and they don’t bother to fix.
If you get and can afford the iPhone X there is little to dislike. I would wait until September though and wait for the new lines.

However, with her X working as flawless as it does theres no hurry to switch, maybe she get the Apple Watch 4 first and the X2 can wait till her next birthday.
