There's a rumor that this phone along with the XS Max and XR will receive iOS 19 and if that happens, along with at least two more years of security patches(if the phones won't get iOS 20), not only will these three phones be the most supported iPhones in Apple's history, but they'll be the three most supported smartphones in history.

Anonymous, 19 Nov 2024seriously considering buying refurbished xs this december.... moreThe iPhone XS Max support stops at iOS 18. It will not be getting the iOS 19 update. Apart from that, it is a good phone with a nice camera, not a bad device to have. In my opinion, there have to be better android alternatives to an XS Max.

this phone was barely an upgrade to the iph x, but its still a great phone, smaller 5.8 inch screen, ios 18 support, and decentish battery life

One of the reasons I like this smartphone is the fact that it's packed with awesome hardware components, but your might need a power bank to support the battery.
