Fitness+ gains a couple of new features with watchOS 9 and iOS 16. For instance, the app will give out awards to personal records, streaks or big milestones. Additionally, on watchOS 9, the workout screen gains additional information along with the trainer's coaching during the workout itself. More importantly, even if you don't have Apple TV, you can stream your workout using iPhone or iPad via AirPlay.
