Apple Music goes out of beta on Android

Prasad, 04 August, 2016

Ever since it launched last year in November, Apple Music on Android has lived life as a beta software. That ends today, as Apple has finally released stable version 1.0.0 on the Play Store.

On the surface, nothing really has changed. The vague update log on the Play Store only mentions "a variety of performance, playback, and stability improvements" without going into specifics, but I guess you can expect all round improvements to your playback experience, especially since some users have had issues with it. Apple also mentions equalizer settings but we couldn't find that anywhere.

The updated Apple Music is now available for download on the Play Store. As before, if you're a new user, you can get the first three months for free.

Still kinda buggy. Searching "My Music" results in no results most of the time, and creating a playlist is still a pain.
