Apple releases iOS 11.0.3 update for iPhone and iPad

Prasad, 11 October 2017

Apple has released the iOS 11.0.3 update for iPhone and iPad. The update is about 285MB in size and comes shortly after the iOS 11.0.2 update that came out just last week.

This is a bug fix update and focuses on two main issues. The first is an issue with audio and haptic feedback on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, which would not work in some cases. The other is a touch input responsiveness issue on the iPhone 6s units serviced with non-genuine parts.

Apple also took this moment to warn against the use of non-genuine replacement displays, which could have compromised visual quality.

The update can now be downloaded over the air or via iTunes.
