Apple Watch series 3 isn't going to support for the next watchOS 9 as it already had small issues on the rams and storage..you need to upgrade the storage and rams.

actually there is a difference between the LTE and nonLTE model.
The LTE version has 8GB more storage.

Launched in 2015, but still one of the best in 2021. If the battery life was longer was great, but still does the job.
