If with simcard,
try these.
1. remove the simcard,OFF & ON the Mobile data, swith your network mode to wcdma/3G/4G. just dont choose GSM only.
2. OFF the Roaming data service,
3. Check the APN settings (if you dont know,kindly call your network provider who provide internet to your device.
4. Try to transfer your simcard to other device that capable to access internet. just to check if the simcard has internet.
5. check if you have Signal indicator besides signal bar. you should see E,H,3G,LTE,4G to access internet.
IF WIFI ONLY.
1. OFF Roaming service,
2. just connect your N7 to the wifi provider near you. ofcourse you need to know the password & on the wifi status you should see "Connected" where you join.

I cant use data services after encrypting my tablet. Though it shows data is on, roaming data is on, etc, its not connecting at all. Can anybody plz help me?

AnonD-280566, 05 Jul 2014Hi, i have a nexus 7 2013, and it does not support wireless... morenexus 7 2013 lte model can connect to internet via data sim 4G .. had 443 2 days ago - now waiting for 444 anytime .. no major noticeable change in 443 comapred to 442 .. colleague had 443 2 weeks ..then 444 12 days later - no major noticeable changes .. in fact nexus 7 2013 is not really the best value -no wifi direct tranfr facility even though listed in wifi connection .. in 32gb lte model .. pure google devices so called are NOT best specs ..no aftersales service centres .. but we get conned by promotional hypes and over inflated reviews ..

some countries are getting 443 followed few days later by 444 .. your nexus 7 2013 has to wait its turn in Q..keep checking ota..

Anonymous, 30 Jun 2014reset does not help neus 7 problems which are inherant .All i can say is JUST TRY,it will not destroy his N7 if we do that or he can just wait for the update or go where he bought his N7 & ask for repair.
:D just dont forget to backup your files & restore.

Hello guys. I bought Nexus 7 yesterday online. I am not satisfied with its screen quality. When I scroll down, its screen gets little fade while scrolling. Also colour reproduction is just ok. Is this in just my handset or is this normal?
