But, there is a way to install Whatsapp on Tablet. My Whatsapp working Perfectly on this Asus Tab.. ;)

Is there any custom ROM development for this device? The ones at XDA only shows old models of Memo Pad 7s. Even rooting guide are obsolete.

I just bought this tab, overrall is quite ok but just some small things are left behind. The battery is not that long enaough as i just using wifi not data. Then the display movement is not smooth enough another things is brightness went switch to auto is not cool as it change by layer not by smooth changes. That the thing that i see from this tablet

It does have Gorilla Glass. In fact it's Gorilla Glass 3. So you can even use a pencil on this.

This guy speaks the truth. It's a memopad so it doesn't have voice calling built in which is strange considering it supports all the required network bands. I suspect someone will be able to port over the Fonepad roms to this device in the future but if you can't wait here are some alternatives using the same powerful Intel processor:

Take a look at the 8 inch Fonepad. I bought one for my grandma and it's awesome. It's not LTE but that's not an issue since we couldn't afford unlimited data anyway.
If you really need LTE, the ME372CL I'm using right now is pretty good and a lot cheaper too. The processor is a bit weaker but to me the difference is rarely noticible.
