What you need 128MB RAM for? Have you ever faced any problem with 64MB RAM? Was their any malfunction? What you run like 1800 appliactions at one time????!!

Windows mobile does have handwriting recognition. If it is your first touch-screen phone then it will be fine. But if you have used a symbian touch screen phone before, you'll find that WM requires you to slow down so it can detect your writing while symbian allows you to write as fast as you want.
But even with that said, handwriting is probably the only thing that symbian phones have that are betten than WM touch screen phones.
