I'm honestly disappointed at the fact that it isn't 1440p, I know it's not required for a good gaming experience but something about it not being there really annoys me

I gave the ROG 1 a try, knowing it had no SD slot, which IS a red X for me. 128GBs didn't cut it, and because of an accident, a few months ago I went with the 512 version of the ROG 1 for $430, just because I have most of the accesories.
Yes, I could just throw more money at Asus to get more on-board memory, but the lack of SD AND the removal of the headphone jack, is now a deal breaker for me at this point.

from my point of view asus has been defeated by lenovo they both launch today but legion got more aggressive price and specs than this..it only got 30w charger while lenovo got 90w plus the design of asus is same old style...internals are almost the same from the processor to ram to refresh rate only the battery is not and storage..

While I'm saddened that it doesn't have mmWave, they REALLY pulled all the stops on the LTE and 5G bands. Kudos.
Shame the headphone jack is still external via accessories...ugh...
