I told myself it either this or iphone 12 whichever comes first. After seeing the countdown in asus website, I know what I am getting this year.

It supports 30W charging which is getting the job done in 1.5-1.75hr.

Pretty much a bug free experience.
Best just got better especially camera but most are using gcam especially at night.

The first number, the 1-6, is a solids rating, to protect from dusts and sands and such. I would LOVE for it to be at least IP50, because that means it protects against 90% of dust particles, IP60 would be completely sealed against them. IP65+ would be preferable, because IP66 is the highest without being submersible. IP68 is the best because of a multitude of reasons, from taking underwater photos at the pool to being on a phone call in the rain. Only the rich can afford a phone for gaming AND a phone for everyday use

really i hope that 144Hz refresh rate NOT be true.
if it is, its kill battery and without power phone is piece of junk.
well its ok if refresh rate is even 200hz IF it can put down between 60,90,120hz
5G is nice with SA and NSA, and looks audio is still powerfull like its should be.
and asus,come on,its not cam phone,its gamig phone, cam is ok from II model, i and we dont use it taking photo!
battery should be i hope and heard 6400mah,then its ok.
it should also included IR sensor
and last, asus ,keep it clean adroid as possible,plz! mean no google or any others apzz.

Besides most phones these days have some kind of splash resistance to prevent damage due to accidental drops.
Ppl demanding IP rating act like they are cousins of Aquaman who are going to spend majority of their life under water.

it should come with a belt included in the box. if it's anything as the predecessor weight wise, it can pull your trousers down. in my opinion all these big phones have lost the meaning of mobile. they are hardly pocketable anymore. and spending so much money to watch or play on such a small device is baffling to me. isn't it better to spend it on something like a tv or a gaming computer/console? it will be used (with much better results) for much longer and will save you some money not changing it every year. sure, you can take it with you, but if you have that much of a time to look at a screen, i believe it;s better to use a proper one.
