With gaming laptops there is both 4k and 1080p high Hz screen laptops and intel and opinions
We just need better options and more choose what is better too me might not be better too you
Some gamers would prefer the asu Rog 6 pro had the mediatek dimensity 9000 instead of Snapdragon 8 gen 1plus
Hopefully next year there will be a full line up of gaming phones

I wouldn’t recommend any Asus phone for anyone because they don't update software bugs and I am suffering like lot others with ROG phone 5 with wifi not working and they don't respond to that.

Sony phones do have a gaming mode I have heard
The hardware cooling system not as good as gaming smartphones in the Sony phones
I think it's possible to get third party bottom added too smartphones I seem add on fans also
I don't know how long you need too wait till another gaming smartphone is made with high resolution and gaming buttons
It's rather unfortunate Sony is not making a gaming edition of there flagship smartphones as there is a market for high resolution quality gaming
Some gamer's do prefer pictures quality over smooth gameplay
Sony really should make gaming smartphones there gaming consoles sell well am sure a smartphone version would sell out fast if Sony made a playstation console and Android dual boot smartphone
I do also think brands should have more than one modal of gaming smartphone not ever gamer has the same budget or wants the same screen some
Also I think mediatek and Snapdragon version of gaming smartphones would be better
Some gamer's prefer higher screen resolution others want more hz like me
Myself am all for 1080p 240hz am waiting for on a gaming smartphone
Basically gamers need more choose one size does not fit all

This phone is crazy fast and has nice gaming features for fps games. This could be the best gaming phone, but the screen is still tiny. Even the SteamDeck offers a bigger display, with its controls taking up extra space.
For most games, the 7.2" screen size of the Mate 20X would still offer the better experience.
