ZGA, 03 Feb 2025Why 2x Android upgrade? Because they dont give a f**k to consumer. Asus smartphone sales even struggle in its home land, taiwan. Hahahaa

lot to like about the phone then you see 2 OS upgrades and its a no thank you. If I spending this much on a phone I want to see it last 4-5 years minimum.

Asus dumped the small zenfones citing "people don't buy small phones" while completely ignoring the fact that their software support is genuinely one of the worst in the android market.
Obviously android does age quite well in terms of apps supporting older versions, but if I'm not going to get a flagship level of update support why would I pay flagship price?

If you compare to 11 Ultra ..beware you might be shocked to find that they are indeed identical twins... It's the same damn thing ..except the CPU It's 99% copy paste..look event at the "new camera square..they only removed the flash ..they'r recycling the old panels.100%..gdamn

Most boring phone of the year and it's barely February.
And I genuinely don't understand why Asus has been sort of hyping up this phone for its cameras. Like dude, it's got nearly the exact same cameras as the ROG Phone 9 Pro, what is there to be hyped about?

2 Os updates for a Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship in 2025? Asus needs to do better fr.
388 ppi is also kinda bad, even Samsung budget phones have higher ppi(A15 has 396).
