just got one for my wife... 2G/32G.
I've got the zenfone 2 4G/64G model.
...they really can't be compared at all - totally different chips.
...my zenfone 2 is a little faster, but it was $100 more; it's also bigger/plastic and the battery life isn't great - and it came with more bloatware
...the zenfone 3 laser - so far seems much more "polished"; nice to be metal - and battery seems much better... and camera seems better/faster but haven't tested it much
I'd trade her phones but she won't go for that....
Some people say the zenfone 3 laser is overpriced compared to some cheaper samsung or oneplus models.... well not in Canada - those other phones are quite a bit more here...
...so for $279 in Canada, the zenfone 3 laser seems to be a pretty good deal to me

again and again, the battery can not be removed, if not able to give satisfaction to the consumer a bit of it! should if 4 GB of RAM batteries must be above 4100 as zenfone max, but this is actually the opposite.

I like to buy this right away, however will there be an "S" version coming soon? like the previous laser 2 have from a quadcore, to the Laser 2 5.5s octacore, 32gb and better graphics. If Asus will release or make one, I will just wait for that version because the 1.4ghz 8-core for me will slow down and I will use this phone for another 3-5 years...

got mine ASUS ZENFONE 3 LASER >>> cam superb... fast... just uninstall bloatware... then everything would fine and smooth....

Does it support QuickCharge 3.0? According do Qualcomm website SD430 does.

I'm annoyed to think which phone should i buy between Samsung Galaxy A7 and Asus Zenfone 3... Any suggestion for these phone? I'm not use it to play game, I worry about the speed of phone...

-4gb ram instead of 3gb
-front camera 8mp vs 5mp
-gyroscope
-64gb vs 16gb (in the same price range, they are buying one for me in france, 300 euros both)
-aestethics (for me the p9 lite is awfull in therms of prettyness)
i'll make a review once i get it home... hope not regreats :)
