I buy my phone last December 2016, every time I turned on the data specially if the connection is poor on that area the phone will automatically function by itself without touching it, going to one apps to another.. It so irritating... is there any one that can help me with it?

The phone performs efficiently & is highly customizable. The cameras are great & there are no issues they far. Please stop tarnishing the ZenFone 3 Laser's name

Asus site lists the ZC551KL (Zenfone 3 Laser) as only having 2 GB for RAM specs. All searches on Google for ZC551KL come back with 2GB as the RAM.

AnonD-634937, 19 Jan 2017I bought mine last december 26... And it's doing fine... I ... moreit's 3.5 gb ram cause it will load startup apps thats normal in terms of storage you can't it's full capacity e.g 2 gb you will only get 1.5 gb or 1gb

As soon as you plug your Zenfone 3 laser into the computer, it will prompt you whether you want to transfer files to the trusted computer. If you click yes, it will install the driver into the computer automatically and you can choose what you want to do . I have transferred many audio and pictures files from the computer to this device without using the share link already . Maybe it is your computer which does not install the proper driver that is why you cannot use that function. Hope this help.
