I bought the ZenFone3 in February 2017. Right now the problems i am facing are
1)Keeps toggling the wifi on and off.. Switching from WiFi to data connection and back. Not sure if its due to faulty hardware or software issue.
2) The gmail app hangs and doesn't synchronise.
Both the problems have been there since march.

It is best ever phone till date owned by me. What a classic look. Software is above all. Nice customisation. Ease to use. Overall its a great mobile. D

Anonymous, 03 Apr 2017Go to auto start manager and allow WhatsApp i don't find auto start manager, asume is asus mobile manager on nougat.
Find Permissions and the i allowed whatsapp, hope this fixes the problem.

I strongly recommend factory-resetting this phone after updating both the OS and ZenUI to 7.0 Nougat in order to avoid all sorts of software issues.

I have the ZE552KL and i have a problem with whatsapp notifications, the only way to see a notification is opening the app. No problem with facebook messenger and sms.
Anyone has a fix for this problem??

unstable in receiving text/sms message when using sun cellular sim/network if unit is configured to 3G on both sims(non automatic setting). tried the sun cellular sim in another non-asus unit and its functioning well even if set to 3G. applied the nougat update but still problem exists. asus needs to address this in a new firmware. forcing to set to 3G on both sims is quite important specially when you are in a remote area where signal is scarce.

Can someone please tell me why my phone keeps asking me to do updates? Updated everything yesterday and less than 24 hours I need to update apps again. Phone is very slow now. Thanks

Awesome phone I m using this from last 5 months, I have never used such a fast and battery efficient phone, it takes no time charge and gives back a lot to use, I have used sd820 before this but sd625 is amazing...
Naugat update was a bit trouble maker but ASUS gave another update to fix the bugs now its working awesomely again

DATA mobile not working. very disappointed. just updated to nougat. It runs well except for data usage function problem.
