Enough with the overpriced underpriced cat and mouse chase if anyone thinks price is normal answer me why has asus imported zenfone 3 to india by declaring its price as 18k to customs

there is no way for the price to soar this high all mobiles are sold 2000 more than their value but that was before cancelling octeroi now they only have to pay customs duty

Great phone, bought the ZE552KL 4GB/64GB while in Hong Kong for 2500HKD (322USD / 423AUD / 285EUR)
Glass back looks fantastic, but is very slippery and uncomfortable. Personally don't mind, phone always goes in a TPU case (this also prevents the camera from sticking out)
Switched from a Xiaomi RedMi Note 3 pro: Battery life feels similar (ie. can easily do one full day), software MILES better (never got used to MIUI) and a camera that actually takes usable pictures in low light!
Dual SIM DSDS 4G/3G works as advertised, ie. can use 4G on one SIM while the 2nd is on standby on 3G (important in countries where I travel and 2G is not available: Japan, Korea and soon Australia, Singapore, Taiwan). A call can be received on either SIM, but while on a call the other SIM cannot be reached.
Not too sure where this phone will end with regards to ROM support (OnePlus 3 better), but happy for now

i have sewn samsung j7 primes pic in black that will be released online soon. looks a promising device.
screen is lcd
fp sensor is always on(first on sam device) even s7 requires u to press it, so cool.
its just
ram n screen resolution and front cam update. pricing will be similar most probably 17-18k. i don't know about price as i received only pictures from a source. he's also guessing the price

Only proxi sensor. i have do... moreYa I noticed in Geekbench..such a shame..it would have been great as it touted as the successor to j7 '16.. resolution upgrade rather it seems..so the negative reviews are back again in Amazon against the Zenfone 3 , somebody questioned it lol..I have never seen a company so conscious of negative remarks..they delete fb comments.. reviews and whatnot..

[deleted post]Ya, that's 16mp with OIS, EIS, 4k recording, laser/contrast/PDAF auto-focus system, 4gb ram, 64gb rom, lots of sensors including gyro, and USB-C. Nobody is forcing you to buy though.

Okay, its almost been a month since the last time i asked my country Asus that when will the new phones comes to sale. They said in late August, okay, it is late August right now. So today i asked again if they have any new information, and then they replied ''at the end of september ,exact date still unknown''. Right now i am really disappointed. Someone comment somewhere that this phone comes available to everyone in like december, im really starting to belive that right now. How the fuck it takes 6 months to buy this phone for such a big company like ASUS to take this long?
