ZF2 series are based on intel and ZF3 series are based on snapdragon ...
Also most of the companies support their smartphones in poor way (except flagships) and the good point is that smartphones based on snapdragon get custom roms easier and they will be far better than stock os most of the times ;)

this phone is not futureproof because it doesn't have nfc and VoLTE support -_-

Don't bother getting any ASUS prodcut, unless you appreciate poor company support, updates that are out of date by the time the Asus Dev team actually rolls them out. Oh and lets not forget the constant changing of time frames for said updates.
Go to the Asus Forums and ask and ZF2, or ZF2 Deluxe user. They will tell you the same.

Do not compare cheap crap c... moreI have used a redmi note 3 before (Snapdragon 650 variant) and I can tell camera is good in perfect lighting, but pretty average/bad on low light. stock cam is grainy, and auto focus is very bad. Good in terms of performance but in camera I would rate it as 6 out of 10. I sell it and now I'm waiting for the global release of zenfone 3

Samsung A5 had 13mp samsung CMOS sensor like J5 which is half price then A5 . processor is also exynos with octa 1.6ghz a53 only with weak mali T720 gpu.
For camera - Buy asus zenfone 3 deluxe - Sony 21mp sensor , 1/2.6 sensor size for night photograpy and its powerfull then Samsung S7. Price is around 30,000

It had a camera that none of phone under 25,000 range has - Tri tech focusing system with Sony IMX298 sensor. Redmi note 3 had a chinese camera module with no laser.
Redmi note 3 looks generic phones . Asus looks same as samsung Note 5 . Gorilla glass at front and back.
So asus deserves to be cost around 20,000 but actual price is only 16500. So respect it and don't ask for 5,000 rs

5 inch cheaper option for this model please, the width of the zenfone too wide. if u put on a casing, it is impossible to handle singled hand. I hate giant phone.

I think to zenfone 3 has problem that we cannot use dual sim and memory card at a time. when you want to use dual sim then you cannot use memory card. If you want to use memory card then you can use only one sim.
I read that in specification
