You will go to the service center and they can fix the problem by New Asus Android Os loading.
It looks first time look. Your all update are deleted.
You have to download all the update file and u can update your Phone.

Supernova, 05 Apr 2015get iphone or galaxy s6 insteadLol we are talking about at this price range grow up between RS-7000 (I brought zenfone 4 A450cg gorilla glass that's became total waste of money for RS-6990) And that gorilla glass shattered on first drop, can't even run Asphalt airborne 8, modern combat 4, then I sold this and brought hawai honor holly at RS-6999 it can run asphalt airborne 8 modern combat 4, good camera, awesome battery big '5 display, then why I need buy I phone or galaxy S6 lol what I'm saying zenfone 4 sucks at its category there is lot of good phone in market that's it better buy them don't trouble like as me

At Rs 5,000 I believe no phone could provide a better camera or sound quality than my Zenfone 4. It has been a great experience using this phone so far and I have already used it for 3 months. Good phone!

Not a good mobile poor battery back up, dumb camera looks like vga camera of 2000rs Nokia camera, im facing a big issue it just one month since I brought this from flipkart my mobile charging led is always on even though I didn charge my mobile and getting note like insufficient charge current sent it too service center still the same my 6000 bucks total waste every time when my led turn on and getting note like insufficient charge current my mobile heats up like hell, normally it will get heat when I charge and use Mobile but when this happens it feels like something burning red hot inside and I can feel that heat when phone is in my lower Jean pocket heat can reach my body and I think it's getting hot to 60-70 degrees. Sent to service center they simply put software first time then they said some hard ware malfunction when I took it for second time still the same I'm affraid about this mobile that it will burst when I'm talking or even when it's idle in my pocket sold it for 2000 rs time to buy something good I don't even used this mobile for 2 months, totally waste mobile buy something good

Zen Ui is better tan all others smart phone Ui I like mre tan Samsung touchwiz and Sony Ui but problem with phone is it will break easily I dropped my mobile for the first time from bedroom table height screen broken my friend also who brought the phone with me in last December had the same issue both of our screen is broken on the top right corner and both of us crack looks similar though we dropped from different Heights I think it's design fault cause both mobile have same type of crack which developed from top right to centre of screen we both took it service center ohhh God they charging 3500rs dammm gonna throw this in garbage and planned to buy lenovo or hawai honor they both better than this when I brought this it's price was 5999rs in mid of December and now screen cracked and I have to pay 3500rs to replace just screen wake up Asus we ain't fools time to switch this will be my last ASUS product good byeeeeee

Guys don't buy this mobile no ambient light sensor while other mobile at this range have it, thank God atleast this have proximity sensor but that too have lot of bugs and don't work good some time, calls being dropped automatically, poor volume, no battery life, poor brightness and gaming is also worst asphalt and modern combat are running in my brother moto e while my new phone don't run them those who say this mobile is better than moto e or liars or they never used it it have all the sensor and it can play heavy games while this mobile can't I have wasted my money better go for some good mobile lot of good mobile at this price available

If you advanced user (rooting, xposed model) those who say you can increase battery back up after rooting I have rooted and installed xposed installer then I installed smart Booster via xposed I unistalled all unused system app nd hibernate useless app still no use. And this phone comes UNDER X86 so popular apps like lucky patcher, XMODGAMES dont work even some xposed apps struggle to get root access though you are fully rooted

Here my review have been using this for 3 months
1) budget phone that's what I thought when I brought it but now realizing it doesn't worth to spend 6000rs on this that's was price at that time
2) camera Hahaha that just a joke both looks like low class VGA camera
3) gorilla glass that's another big joke totally lie mine broken after I dropped by mistake
4) service center that's the biggest joke rude guys and you have to pay 3/4 of the amount to replace your screen they asked me 3500 rs to change screen
5) volume and sound you won't hear anything if you place your mobile on the table and watching TV very low volume
6) battery back up I never seen this mobile go far more than 6 hrs, if you start your day at 9 o'clock with 100% charge before 3 O'clock your phone will be dead (only phone is idle not any use) this phone is only for those who sit in home
7) poor call volume if your in traffic or travelling in bus or metro or just going for walk you won't hear anything what others speaking and they won't hear what you speaking I called customer care they said check for FOTA update that will fix I did but still no use reason is poor hardware customer care is another big joke
8) when I browsing I found that Asus will release lollipop for this mobile that's also a big joke cause in Kitkat itself this phone can't survive 6 hours how it will be in lollipop I can only laugh it will 3 or 4 hrs battery back up
That's it waste phone

Asus is the worst mobile I ever brought poor poor poor poor poor black light in mobile you can't see anything in display in day time, worst worst worst worst worst worst battery back up im charging tis mobile for 8 time a day some one is saying this phone standby time is 192 hrs that's a big lie when I go to sleep I'll charge my mobile to 100% normally I'll sleep at 10 at night when I woke up at morning at 7 my mobile is about to die with below 15% remaining NICK Peter before lot of guys commented Asus staff here like that now I confirmed that it's sure they are right why Asus spreading cheap things like this and GSM ARENA please stop this kind of things cause every will look at your Web site to know if the mobile is good or not I brought this mobile believing Asus guys like NICK Peter and others now suffering a lot GSM ARENA we trust you don't let company men's like this on your website they are fooling us please do this
