One major defect observed. Its a dual sim phone and if network gets disconnected in Sim1/Sim2, another sim also gets disconnected. This is a major flaw that I have observed. Otherwise its a wonderful phone at this price range

Hi i m using zenfone 4cg from past 6 months, everything is good, only the problem is aircel 3g...its showing only h sign & and the downloading speed is jst 40kbps....all other networks are good...

jack, 22 Jan 2015i have a problem with my zenphone4..i accidentally deleted ... moreThe problem happened to me too but do not worry.android has not been erased.I have the solution.hold the power button and the volume up button for 15 seconds.then some android picture will appear.then ther u will have factory reset option.u can toggle to it with the help of the volume buttons.scroll to factory reset and click it with the power button(don't hold the power button).then ur fone will show u the setup wizard.setup ur device.that's it!! Ur fone is on!but beware all ur data wii get erased.and u don't have to worry don't take ur fone to any service centre as it is a minor issue that can be fixed by the user.
