Facing problems in zenfone 4 has become a normal task. Whenever i open mobile data and use it for a few minutes then it will show ' unfortunately Google store is not responding' gallery is not responding' etc. , if i restart it at that time it will take 3 hours to fully start. Had gone 2 customer care thrice in 4 months . They will update software and will take RS500 for it. But then after using for a month same problem will re occur. Facing same problem now. Decided to give up. If u want to buy zenfone than 4 is not a wise option

i bought my phone in flipkart but i didnt get my ear phone with it i buyed some other companies headset but its not working
is there a earphone for asus r not .........?
is there anyone with the same problem if u got ear phone answer soon i want help on it

As asus zenfone 4 has not given its earphones when i bought it as i ordered it from flipkart....so i was using earphones of other phones....previously all earphones were working and i was able talk using it....but now problems are arising, other guy is not able to listen what i m saying...i chngd my earphones but still its not working...now i m using earphones of microsoft lumia 535 but now also its not working...please help

taefany, 29 Dec 2015why is that there is a blinking red light on the top RIGHT... morehi...the red light of ur phn is proximity sensor....and if u install any downloaded apps that depends on proximity sensor(e.g-any lockscreen apk or smart screen lock apk) then the red light will blink....after uninstalling the downloaded app the light blinking will stop...

I have upgrade my zenfone 4 about 7 month ago.
note : After success upgrade into lollipop, try to Update again in System Update internet connection needed.

I already hardreset it 5 times but then, when it sleeps and lock the phone turns off. i mean it shuts down and I need to reboot it to use. huhu whats the matter? :((((
