Updated my Zenfone 4 to kitkat today !!!
I am super satisfied ,happy to have aditional features,update of video player,update for zen launcher ( expecting themes but expect them in future updates of firmware ),fast(no lag) and smooth actions and more.

On my words, 4.4.2 update save my battery usage. Its amazing. Its stay longer than 4.3. I love this update. Thanks asus. My 1200mAh can stay for more than 8 hours with data on 😁

The battery comsuption increased due to more aps with this upgrade. I disabled most of the aps and enable them whenever I need. The practice gave me good results and the consumption lowered down almost to the state with Jellybean 4.3. You can try it, hope it will also get a similar result.

Dear Asus,
I have updated my ZF 4 yesterday to Android 4.4.2, I observed that the battery consumption has literally doubled compared to when it was Android 4.3. It's quite frustrating and I wish to re-install Jelly Bean 4.3, how may i do so?

hello.
i'm quite enjoying my zenfone 4. i even installed a windows phone launcher and messenger to make it feel like i'm using a mini tablet. anyhoo, my LED indicator suddenly stopped working for my calls and messages after i updated my system. how do i turn it back on?
thanks! and oh, for those who are having problems with their batts, install the DU Batt Saver, it really works well.

my asus zenfone 4 is not good..
because when i got the mobile the mobile speed is good..
but charge about phone is very bad for a day i charge it three times .. whats a solution for that ....

I'm guessing 1.5 hours of continuous usage before it needs to be charged for 1200 mAh battery.

I updated my ZF4 to kitkat, but when i go to Settings>about>Android Version. And Tap on the Android version, there is no "K" logo, but i do get the red screen with Android kitkat shaped design and the floating images of previous android versions.
Is this common to all android 4.4.2 updates on ZF4?
and what is the solution?

I just got Asus Zenfone 4 8 days from now, I just want to ask some question How can I update my OS to Kitkat? because when I turn to update the System it has no detection. How can I update my phone to Kitkat ASAP?
The performance of the phone is great but the battery life is poor, and once the phone gets warm some of it's effects loose but somehow it will retuen to it's original effects once it is not warm. Is there any situation that your Zenfone also perform like this? And if it is and you find the solution what did you have done to work it's effects again in order?
