Guy with this phone plz help -
1. How do i disable the emergency number in the lock screen? It always get dialed by mistake.
2. How to disable the Call Rejection Msg for an incoming call? While i remove the ph from my pocket to attend a call, the auto msg gets sent by mistake.
Other than these two annoying problem, the ph is good..

I am Using ASUS Zenfone 4. I am trying to upgrade my phone to Kitkat. But can't. When I informed ASUS through e-mail they replied me that after 48 hours my problem will be solved. But many 48 hours gon. but still the same problem.

This is one of the pathetic phones one can eve... morePut ANY phone into a bag with ur laptop and travel in ur scooty, it's glass screen will sure shatter. My iPad mini dropped from the height of my toddler's hand (less than 3 feet) twice and it's glass shattered twice, even when it was inside its protective casing.
Can I claim from Apple? NO!
So don't blame Asus for ur own stupidity for putting ur phone in ur bag with laptop and travel in ur scooty.

Still waiting for 128 GB cards to dropped at reasonable price then I will replace to it immediately.. :)

Hi Guys,
This is one of the pathetic phones one can ever buy.
I bought this phone from flipkart assuming the product of asus will be good ... but NO ... NO ... NO ... never ever go to buy its any phone please. i have zenfone 4 & the screen was broken after one week yes WEEK ... i was travaling from my home to office & i was carring it on my bag which also includes my laptop. I was on my scooty... after reaching office ... i say a disater that gorilla glass is not even have a single crack but the internal screen is entirely broken into peices ....
Flipkart coperated in provideing information abt asus & after reaching their F1 office at nehru place .. i met Namrata G their & she completely denied about the replacement n sd " IT DOES NOT COVER UNDER THE WARRANTY "
I eagerly asked what if i would like to pay for the screen,
She said it is our policy that the gorilla glass & internal screen will be replaced together. (not seperately) & the cost will be " 4,800 rs " ... OH MY GOD ... what the ....
I reside at central Delhi & gaffar market is about 4-5 km from my house. I took that phone and asked for screen everywhere just watching a glimpse of this phone... literally everyone sd NO ... NO .. NO .. NO .. NO ..NO ..NO.. ....
an advice to all the people out there reading this
please dont waste ur money in buying any of the zen phone.
Through this incident i want to give you a very safe advice to buy a phone..
after selecting a model ... ask the price of the SCREEN of that phone you are planning to buy..... to know if damaged what will be the cost of its parts.
Its very important to ask clearly & in written (if possible ) what all this are covered under the Warranty & gaurantee.
I would advice to buy a phone from a nearby markt if the phone cost 200-400 rs expensive from online bcz if their is any single defect where will you run, & if the return policies are good too, it will then too consume your time NOW I think buying anything online is a risk.
