Worst phone I've ever bought. The phone call quality is absolutely horrible and it deteriorates with time. I'm sick of people telling me they can't hear me. Try playing a game or a YouTube video on it - the phone will get so hot that it'll hurt your hand! Avoid at all causes. Furthermore, it's not GorillaGlass - it'll break after the first fall on the floor.

1.find firmware on the website
2.download and put to internal storage ONLY
3.wait until get notification update for Lollipop (if nothing appear try to restart your phone)
4.install as usual and wait for 30 - 60 or 120 minutes (1 or 2 hour approx.) to get done
5.enjoy your Lollipop version

Hi guy....try downgrade from lollipop to kitkat...battery backup is good...don't use android lollipop because battery drain very fast.

Phone has immense noise problem. People calling me cant hear a thing due to incessant noise, at all times. I am also facing the mobile data issue.
