mahesh, 26 Feb 2015Hai friends, I need to change my message ringtone a... moreGo to file manager, then to internal memory...find folder 'Notification'...copy or cut your desire music song as message tone..put on notification folder..then go to phone setting..scroll down, select sound..there you can change/select message tone(music song). For ringtone no problem, there an option to 'add ringtone'.

MKN, 26 Feb 2015I am not able to change the preferred network from 2G to 3G... moreR yu using dual sim card?
If yes, goto setting>dual sim setting>disable/deactivate sim 2(if u want to use sim 2 as 3g data, sim 1 for voice)at data service network,select sim 1.then
goto setting>more>mobile network>select prefered network type 2g go back to setting>dual sim>activate sim 2>data service network,select sim 2go back to setting>more>mobile network>select prefered network, now select 3g.it shud work now.....

I am not able to change the preferred network from 2G to 3G. But in older version it works fine..
Please let me to know whether its a bug in new version or something else.

I have problem with my zenfone 4.5 camera. It is not working. Everytime I tried to snap picture, the camera didnt stabilize. It could not focus. It seemed blur and not in good quality. I can't snap any pic now. Whts the problems? Need a solve. Thanks
