This phone is worst phone i ever used.
1.Hang..hang..hang..hang..hang alot
2.Battery Drainnnnnnnnnnn alot.
3.Many times application automatically turns on
4.Heating problem
5.Memory Management is Worst
6.Hardware problem:- in year mic got damaged...replaced it at service center
I have nothing good about this phone.

Cg 450 zenfone is the most useless fone i ever have..hang many time!!.lot a problem..battery drain so fast.suck.

I pre ordered this phone on flipkart. As an experienced user I can say that this is a nice phone but it has some big cons like: very poor battery life, heating issues, camera produces yellowish images although clear, low RAM. On the good side: I dropped this phone 2 times(with cover) and not a scratch. UI is smooth and performance is satisfactory.

I have using this phone over more than one year nothing anyone problem was not created.
This phone hardware and software is very very best in this price range.
But camera and display sharpness is very worst.
so carefully decide.

First ... moreLol...looks like we have a xiaomi lover here :D...i've been using this zenfone4 since nov 2014...dropped it several times but got only minor scratches on the sides and back..been playing clash for dawn for 6 months now...the phone is superb with gaming at this price range...the battery is ok...lasts about 2 hrs playing cfd...im a happy zenfone 4 user..:D

I do not recommend this phone who want to buy it..
First is the quality of the screen.. the screen look washed out and viewing angle is bad on this fon.. its come with protective glass and its scratch-proof..
2nd , the batery life.. i've charged in the morning and its full, but sadly the battery life was to poor to handle my daily usage such as i used it for online only.. i do gaming like Clash Royale for only 5 minutes but the battery drains out to 8%-10%..
3rd, rhe gaming performance not so nice due the processor. And sometime its become laggy and automatically stop the app when i used apps like messenger..
I really disappointed with the battery life that i was getting. Maybe it's just come with 1750mah and intel processor that drained the battery.
I do not recommend this phone. Its better to get xiaomi phone or samsung with the same budget.

haha, 11 Jan 2016I've been using this phone for 1 and 1/2 years now. But sad... more just download the firmware of this device then re install.i think your problem might solve

As asus zenfone 4 has not given earphones when i bought it....but i m using earphones of other phones..previously i was able to talk by using these earphones.....but now i m facing problem...my voice is not at all visible to other guy...as now i m using earphones of microsoft lumia 535.....but still problem is not getting solved ....please help what can i do to solve dis problem

I've been using this phone for 1 and 1/2 years now. But sadly, as of now, my phone crashed. keeps on having "Android system has stopped" problem and then it will log. I tried rebooting it but damn, it will take you 5 to 10 times just to successfully reboot it because it's always stuck on ASUS LOGO. I thought it was just taking longer but damn, it's been an hour but it's still on loading. So I tried to do a Factory reset on this. I t worked for a few hours. But then there's "File Manger stopped." "Gallery has stopped." "Android System has stopped." I tried rebooting it hoping it will be fixed, but NO. It's stuck again on ASUS LOGO. I don't know what the problem is. I'm just thinking maybe the hardware has crashed due to overheating. YES! THIS PHONE HAS A SERIOUS OVERHEATING PROBLEMS (You can cook an egg in it. Seriously!!!)
DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. IT'S TEMPTING BECAUSE IT'S CHEAP, BUT IT WILL ONLY LAST FOR A SHORT TIME.AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE.
