those who have Problem with Accelerometer on Asus 450CG (sensor Need for Auto-rotate and Playing games with motion) follow these steps for overcome the problem.
first download
1."Gravity Screen - On/Off" from play-store (for Screen off on your pocket or table Automatically)
2.Install Gravity Screen app and turn on.(it enables the lock screen with the help of Accelerometer sensor)
then try to play game with Accelerometer sensor . in my case it works. the go to Gravity Sensor and turn off (other wise your screen goes to lock screen frequently). if the problem is again started after some days . again do the steps .
it may be problem with Software . contact Asus Regarding this they may Rectify with their Future Update .
