I bought my zenfone5 just twobmnths back. One day at night I was my gettng network. So I decided to restart. After it shutdown it dint by started. White screen is cumng only. On next day I take it to service centre nd they said the display is gone. Wherefore it has never fallen or physically hazard. Nd the main thing is to change my display the service centre is taking time for seven days.. So can anybody provide me the Asus consumer number??

As mentioned in their website dosen't seem to be correct as my fone fell from hand one or two time from the height of 1 or 2 feet and its glass literally cracked completely. Which should not happen. It was not even a month I bought the phone and there is no body to help. Asus services center charges Rs5000 for the same. the fone is of 13000 and the glass is worth 5000 which is not at all durable. It doesn't justify what it says.
I bought this phone because of its gorilla glass thought it would be more durable then other phones however it is not. I would not recommend this phone to anyone as it is not at all durable.

So I advised you Moto G Gen 2 is best phone you can get for same purpose. I personally have iPhone 4S and I have been playing games for last 2 years very often but issue.......what is issue.....I dont know......it just brand which makes the product better so you can use it according to your needs.

my asusz5 automatically shut off few times while i was engage on the phone. after i restart it say my android stop unexpectedly..does this happen often to z5?

As if asus zenfone 5 stock is empty at present so they should fill it this time with this zenfone 5 powered by qualcomm snapdragon : )
4G does not matter but pixelmaster must be there for cam

do really the Asus Zenfone 5 A500KL got purple colour?? I ask this because I had survay zenfone 5 at any phone shop in sarawak, all of them said that there are no purple but when i check in the internet says that zenfone 5 have purple colour..one thing when Asus Zenfone 5 A500KL with internal 32Gb will come because I cannot wait it come..that all thank you..

Is this product a good smartphone to use?

They give a cheap price but the phone is totally full of errors

Captain, 04 Sep 2014how long to charge this phone for the first time charge, i ... moreCharging the phone initially for 8 hrs breaks the initial warm up of the battery capacity making it available directly for use. AKA FULL CAPACITY. something like break-in.
I don't follow this as this is similar to over charging. However, most device manual doesn't even suggests doing this and that they note that battery's full capacity will only be available after a number of charge and discharge cycles.
so its like your skipping directly to having full capacity when initially charging the batt for 8hrs.
