Hello asus zen5 user, after i update my system to latest firmware(still kitkat) my zen5 3 button ( back, home ) sometime not function well, but the screen still can work, not hangs prob, just the 3 button there not function.... it need take at least 10 scd and it works back... i have downgrade the firmware same with my friends, but still sometime 3 button key not function. everytime i use the phone, this prob sure happened... anyone can help ?

I Bought this Phone 4 days Ago Battery Backup is very poor And Sound Volume is very low I am not satisfied about this Phone.....

after update to lolipop battery consumption decrease a bit.. not like when use it on kitkat..

Worst phone to buy. will be the last phone in the world to update operating system. Cant hear anything sound is so low.Buy any other android phone at least it will it will serve to act as a phone. I feel cheated.

This asus zenfone 5 lte a500kl is the FIRST phone of zenfone 5 series that already have the Android 5.0 Lollipop update OTA.Already upgrade to new lollipop.Make sure after update to 5.0,reset your phone.Update all apps.AND..surprise your phone are very smooth and fast!

it's a cool phone if you do an Antutu benchmark it's the lowest... but for me it's a fast phone... lots of storage...has 4G... the download speeds are better than my office wifi using a lease line. The only thing that is not ok is the battery... I guess because of 4G it really drains your battery so you will have to recharge if you turn all your internet based apps such as twitter, fb, whatsapp, viber, line, we chat, skype, email and what not. I'm a heavy use so I have a backup power bank. The phone is an excellent choice just get a spare power bank to enhance it's performance

i have this cell since 6 months & has a warranty of 1 year.. the vibration is not working,, when i asked them to replace, they denied.
very poor service.
volume is very low.

This is the worst phone i had. The camera keep crashing, now it is titally inaccessible. I gave tried reformatting this phone seceral times. It is not worth it.

Lagg 1-2 time a day I have download clean master but still lagg,battery are the worst I am trust with it,rear and front camera not good at all,my lenovo s920 more good both camera but this phone cheap and have LTE I use both
