i got some poblem to my phone,,, there soemthing appering line at lower..evrytime im contact my freind useng messenger..i cant hear the ring of my phone even its allready in loudspeaker...this asus 5 lite make me disapoint,also the camera not clear

I've been using Zenfone 5 lite for a year now and I noticed some few thin black lines appearing on the lower part of the screen. Restarting my phone works on eliminating the lines but after some time, it appears again. What maybe the problem?

Are the front camera with vga resolution as bad as it sound? That is practically too low to take any good picture or videocall. I expect at least 2mp instead of the 0.3mp cam.
